Originari fin da piccoli delle colline moreniche, L’amore tra i due nasce proprio così nei campi, e la vera avventura inizia alla fine degli anni ’60, lasciando la loro amata campagna, per intraprendere un nuovo viaggio insieme nel settore della ristorazione.

After years of traveling the world, they returned to their beloved hometown and purchased a quaint farmhouse close to where they worked as children. Together with their children and grandchildren, they renovated the property and named it after its original name from 1754, Cà Maddalena. Drawing inspiration from their travels, they transformed the farmhouse into a tranquil oasis, adorned with exotic materials from their beloved second home, Malindi in Kenya.
In 2005, they fulfilled their lifelong dream and with their lifelong savings opened the Relais Cà Maddalena, supported by their family and fueled by their passion for hospitality.
